Under Surveillance - December Case Files

We've chosen our favorite layouts from December!

Here are our favorites from Major Case File No. 219. Here's a reminder of the Case File they used.

Congratulations to all of our members who are highlighted!

Tell your story. It's our tagline, and here at CSI, it's one of our missions to get our members to delve deeper into journaling--to document the meaningful bits and pieces that make up our lives. We would like to shine a special spotlight each week on a member who did an exceptional job telling their story. And we'd like to thank Scrapbook Fantasies for donating a wonderful prize to our Star Witness for each Case File.

Star Witnesses, please send me your mailing address via private message on our CSI Facebook page for your prize.

Carrie
Carrie's beautiful message to her little one touched our hearts. Her journaling reads:
"Christmas spirit lives in each of us. It is up to you to spread love and cheer, to help your family, friends, neighbors, and even those you may not yet know. Take the time to tell those you love what they mean to you. Give of yourself with no expectation of anything in return. The joy you bring to others is the balm to any wounded heart. There is no other gift that you will carry with you for the rest of your life, nor one that costs so little but is worth so much more than material goods."

For each Case File, three of our favorite layouts will be chosen to feature as our "Most Wanted."

And here are a couple more that caught our eye:

Kathy Major
Ginger Cameron

Jennifer Walth
Jennifer's sweet journaling documents with wonderful specificity the experience of making these special cookies. Jennifer's journaling, on the back, reads:
"You were such a big helper with making Christmas cookies. At daycare there is a cookie exchange every year and you wanted to make sure that your cookies were home made. When we bought the cookie cutters – you didn’t want the Christmas cookie cutters, we got the fairy tale ones and an airplane for daddy. Your favorite part was decorating the cookies with icing and sprinkles. We got white icing and food coloring. You mixed up the dye to make icing in different colors. You were so proud of them when they were done! And they tasted delicious."
